Ana Maria Rivera - Controller

Education: Bachelor of Science – Business Professional Management with Specialty in Accounting, Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Ana Maria Rivera is a key member of the firm’s management team. She has had over 20 years’ experience with accounting in the construction/development, and architecture industries. Prior to joining Adache Group Architects in 2008, she has had accounting management positions with such companies as Trammell Crow, Colonial Development Group, and Hospitality Development Group. Mrs. Rivera is in charge of the firms accounting department and is responsible for all of the monthly accounting tasks, such as, but not limited to: budgets, projections, financial statements, tax returns, reconciliations, payroll, departmental and project P&L, invoicing, etc. In addition, Rivera is responsible for Human Resources, Company Benefits, and maintains internal control of the Company’s policies and procedures. Her management skills, dedication, and commitment are just a portion of her valuable contribution to the Adache Team.
